Tyler Racing # 51 July 23rd
To all Tyler's Sponsors & Race Fans
" Ready for Action "
Our features were rained out this past Friday
night at the Blue Mountain Speedway, however
heat races were run.
Tyler started 9th in the field of 10 cars, and
raced his way into 6th spot in the 10 lap event.
With the rain out, heat races were considered
feature events.
Our race car ran extremely well last night, and
we had a great shot at a feature win, but
Mother Nature was the winner. So, we'll have
to wait another week for a feature victory.
Our next race is Friday night July 30th at the
Blue Mountain Speedway.
Hope to see you there !!! Regards, Lou & Tyler

Tyler Racing # 51 June 16th
It was a tough night this Friday night at Blue Mountain
Speedway for Tyler # 51 Racing. The track was dry
lose in our heat race, and just the opposite in our feature
event with a damp tight track. We never really got a
handle on the car for Tyler to drive.
It was trophy night for the 160 Honda Lights, and the
drivers were introduced with their cars to the grandstand
folks. Tyler was a proud little Race Driver, and started
last in the field. He drove his heart out only to hit the wall
coming out of turn two which tore up the front axle, tie
rods, and radius rods. Another learning experience for both
Tyler, and his Race Team.
" Thanks " to ALL Tyler's Sponsors big, and small, we put
the car back together Monday morning with new parts, tested
on a dry track, going back to basics with some quick times
posted. 9.92 second laps which is right on target !!!
Things to share with Tyler's Sponsor's and friends, is the
fact that Tyler did most of the work himself replacing the
front axle, tie rods, and radius rods. There is something to
be said about Quarter Midget Racing, and how it builds
character in the young drivers.
Watching Tyler grow using his hands with tools, making
decisions thinking about the process makes the Quarter
Midget Racing program a very important stepping stone
in his young life.
Our Team continues to learn what Tyler, and the car need
to become one. Tyler also continues to learn what it takes
to drive on various track conditions. Quarter Midget Racing
is a challenge, and the 160 Honda Light Class which is the
2nd from the top is proof of the matter.
Our next race is this Friday night June 23rd at the Blue
Mountain Speedway.
Hope to see you there !!! Regards, Lou & Tyler

Tyler Racing # 51 7/9/2010
To all Tyler's Sponsors & Race Fans
It was a hot night at the Blue Mountain Speedway
this past Friday night both with the heat, and the
racing. Lot's of Tyler's Race Fans were on hand
to see a great show with driver introductions, and
trophies for the beginners class.
Tyler started on the pole in his heat, and with lose
track conditions, finished in the 3rd spot. The track
tightend up for the feature, and Tyler finished in the
2nd spot for the 7th time this year right on the rear
bumper of ther race leader.
New Hoosier Tires for this Friday night, and a new gear
combination will get us closer to our first feature win
in the Honda 160 Light Class.
Hope to see you Friday night at the Blue Mountain
Speedway. Racing starts at 7:00 p.m.

7/2/2010 Tyler Racing #51
To all Tyler's Sponsors & Race Fans
This past Friday night racing at Blue Mountain Speedway was hot, and heavy
as quiet a few cars showed up from other quarter midget clubs to run with BMQMA.
Phoenixville, West End, Lehigh Valley and, Schnecksville, all had cars represented
this night. Tyler started 5th in his heat, and finished 4th which put him in the 4th
starting position in the 160 Light Honda feature event.
Eight cars took the green in the feature, and Tyler quickly moved into the 3rd
position on the opening lap. The track was super fast, and the cars ran nose
to tail for 20 laps. On the 21st lap, Tyler got high, and dropped to 4th, only
to get the 3rd spot back a lap later due to a yellow.
On the restart, with 3 laps to go, Tyler put the heat on the 2nd place car only
to get tangled up with him, and got sent to the back finishing in the 5th position.
We got a little over aggressive, but a valuable lesson learned.
Our next race is the Friday night at Blue Mountain Speedway.
Hope to see you there !!! Regards, Lou & Tyler
